MemoriCare

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

MemoriCare helps a family look after someone living with memory loss. This page says what the app keeps about that family, why it keeps it, and how to have it deleted.

Operator: MemoriCare, a product of Hot Vision Production LLC, 932 N Ashton St, Alexandria, VA 22312. Contact: henver5430@gmail.com, 703-843-8886. App site: memoricare.theappyouwant.com.

What we collect

Location, and what it is not

The app asks for location for one reason: when the person presses Help, the alert carries where they were, so their family can go and find them. There is no background location, nothing is recorded between alerts, and nobody is followed through their day. If the phone refuses location the alert still goes out, without a position.

What we do not collect

MemoriCare does not read the phone's contacts, its call history or its photo library. Photos are the ones a caregiver chooses to add. There are no ads and no advertising ID, and nothing here is used to build a profile of anyone.

Sharing

We do not sell this information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Everything about a person is visible only inside their own care circle: the caregivers they invited, and the person themselves. The services that host the app, store its photos and send its sign-in and alert emails process only what they need to do those jobs.

Security

Data travels encrypted. Access is limited to what is needed to run the product and to the circle a person belongs to.

Deleting a family's data

A caregiver can ask for the circle and everything in it to be deleted at any time, from this page: Delete your MemoriCare account. A verified request removes the sign-ins, the plan, the medicines, the messages, the memory cards, the photos and the alert history. Backups roll off on their own within 30 days.

The pilot

MemoriCare is running a free pilot with families invited by Henver Palma. Feedback a family sends in the app is read by him, and it is used to change the app. It is not sold and it is not passed to anyone else.

Children

MemoriCare is for adults caring for an adult. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, this page and the date above change with it.

Qué no recogemos
